Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information and financial information which is used for the sole purpose of completing the business transaction.

If you give us your information in another manner, such as to be added to our mailing list, or to receive newsletters, it will be used in that manner. For marketing purposes we use only information which is provided to us voluntarily. If you do not wish to receive marketing information from us, and have provided your mailing address or E-mail address, you may be removed from our mailing or E-mailing list at anytime. To remove your information from our mailing or E-mailing list for any reason, or to modify the information provided to us, you may call, mail, or E-mail the phone number or addresses listed at the top of this statement. When contacting us please provide your name and address accurately.

We will assist governmental agencies in investigations of fraud or fraud prevention as required by law. Information will not be provided for marketing purposes.

Secure Sockets Layer - The Personal Customer Information you provide -- including your credit card information -- to establish an account with us and to make purchases from us is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.

Financial Information via Telephone - If you do not wish to provide your financial information through our website, we are more than happy to obtain your information via alternate methods. If you would like to submit your order online, please fill out the order form completely except for the credit card section. Then in the 'Comments' section, please type, "Call for credit card number" and provide a valid telephone number. When we're ready to process your order, we will give you call for the needed financial information. If more convenient, please give us a call on our business line, (920)851-7805. We are here answering phones Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm CST. If we are unavailable, please leave a detailed voice message.

E-mail Correspondence

We correspond often using Electronic Mail (E-mail). Unfortunately, our E-mail is not encrypted so we must notify our visitors that confidential information (financial information, etc.) would best be transmitted via our secure server or business phone line. If you do see your credit card number included in an E-mail, all but the last 4 digits will be erased. As always, we try our hardest to protect our customer's privacy but we cannot guarantee unauthorized access will never occur.
